Before you write
To help me reply faster, please include:
- Which tool you're writing about (e.g. "Pomodoro Timer")
- What device and browser you're using (if reporting a bug)
- A clear subject line so I can prioritise your email
- Screenshots if the issue is visual — they help a lot
I don't use contact forms because I prefer real conversations. Direct email keeps things simple and private — no data stored, no tracking.

Do you offer paid support or custom development?
No, I don't. This is a solo project and I keep everything free. I do reply to all emails though.
Can I suggest a new tool?
Absolutely. I build tools based on real problems, so if you have one, send me an email. I can't promise I'll build it, but I read every suggestion.
How long until you reply?
Usually 24-48 hours on weekdays. Weekends, a bit longer. If it's urgent, put "URGENT" in the subject.
Do you collect my email or data?
No. I don't have a contact form, so nothing is stored on my server. When you email me directly, your message lands in my inbox and that's it.
Can I use your tools in my own project?
For personal use, yes. For commercial use, send me an email first and we'll figure something out.
