Data Deletion Request

If you use our mobile applications and wish to request deletion of any data collected through our apps (including data collected by Google AdMob), you can do so by following the process described below.

What data we collect in our apps

Our mobile applications do not collect personal data directly. However, our apps use Google AdMob to display advertising. Google AdMob may collect:

• Advertising ID (Android Advertising ID or iOS IDFA)
• IP address
• Device information (model, OS version, language)
• Approximate location (derived from IP)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

How to request data deletion

To request deletion of data collected through our apps, follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@softcinc.com.
2. Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request — [App Name]"
3. Include in the email:
   • The name of the app you're referring to
   • Your device type (Android or iOS)
   • Your advertising ID (if you have access to it — see below)
   • The email address associated with the request
4. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email.

How to find your Advertising ID

On Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Your advertising ID.

On iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Your advertising identifier (may vary by iOS version).

Important: Google AdMob data

Since Google AdMob is a third-party service, some data may be stored on Google's servers. While we will forward your request to Google where applicable, you can also manage or delete your advertising data directly with Google:

• Google My Ad Center — manage your ad personalization
• How Google uses your data
• Google AdMob data collection information

Data retention

Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete any data we hold within 30 days. Data stored by Google AdMob will be handled according to Google's Privacy Policy.
